PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Custom orders and reserved listings are excluded from store-wide sales and discounts.

 

SHIPPING

Items will not be shipped until payment is received. 

Please allow up to one week for your personalized hand stamped item to be customized just for you. If there is a high volume of orders, production time may be longer. Holiday deadlines will be posted in my shop message. If you need a product by a certain date, please contact me as soon as your order is placed so I can do my best to accommodate you. Rush fees and/or shipping upgrade fees may apply.

IF YOU MAKE A CHANGE to your order after placing your order, you will be bumped to the back of the queue and your production time will reset. If you make a change after a posted deadline, your order is no longer guaranteed by the deadline, even if you ordered before the deadline originally. 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OR QUESTION ABOUT YOUR ORDER I will send you an email. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your order will be bumped to the back of the queue and your production time will reset WHEN I RECEIVE YOUR REPLY OR CLARIFICATION.

All items ship via USPS. 

I am not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the Postal Service. I am also not responsible for items lost during shipping. Refunds for shipping will not be issued. Please see below for more information about lost items.

I am never able to guarantee delivery by any date as I do not have control of shipping speeds and delivery times once shipping is taken over by USPS. Refund/return of items and/or shipping charges will not be given for shipping delays or a package not arriving by a certain date, due to a delay or otherwise. Please be aware of current production time when ordering. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:

Please allow up to 8 weeks for your item to be delivered. Generally, items are delivered within 2-4 weeks but may occasionally take longer due to customs procedures.

I am not responsible for customs fees, duty fees, or other fees incurred by international customers. These fees have NOT been included in your shipping cost and cannot be added. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not an added shipping cost. I also will not mark an item as "gift" or reduce the price on the customs form in order for you to avoid extra fees as it is against US and international laws to do so. Refunds will not be issued if you choose to not pay said fees or do not pick up your item(s).

 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail due to an incorrect address or otherwise. I print shipping labels directly from your order and will use the address given unless otherwise specifically noted (ie sending an item as a gift). Please make sure your address is correct during checkout. If an item is truly lost (it happens sometimes!) I am happy to replace the item but I do ask that shipping is paid by you. For an item to be lost, it cannot be shown as being delivered by USPS via delivery confirmation/tracking. If an item is shown as delivered, I am not responsible for replacing your item. Please contact USPS about opening a case if your item is shown as delivered but cannot be found. 

When giving me your information for custom orders, please make sure that all names, dates, and other words are spelled exactly as you would like them to appear. I am not responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect information being given to me. If I make a mistake after being given correct information, I am happy to send you a replacement free of charge upon the return of the incorrect piece.

No refunds will be given or returns accepted on custom or personalized pieces due to the custom nature of the work. Refunds/returns may be given/accepted on a case-by-case basis for non-personalized or non-custom items within 15 days of purchase. Please contact me for return authorization. Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price only. Refunds will not be issued for shipping, rush fees, or any other fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping technique such as USPS First Class plus Tracking or USPS Priority. All items returned must be received by the seller in good condition with the original packaging. Purchase of insurance by the buyer/returner is recommended for their protection as items lost during transit will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued after the item has been received in good condition. The seller reserves the right to refuse refund if the item is received in poor condition due to improper packaging/mailing technique. 

Due to the nature of custom stamped items, refunds will only be given on personalized items up to 24 hours from time of purchase. 

Please note that each piece of jewelry is made by hand. Because I personally hand stamp each item, there will be slight variations in placement and depth of each stamped image or letter. This is normal and adds to the charm of having a truly unique, handmade piece.

I will not stamp inappropriate or profane words or phrases. If there is a problem with your personalization, I will contact you.

I welcome custom orders! If you have an idea, I will try my best to make exactly what you are looking for. Feel free to convo me; I would love to hear from you!

Every chain is inspected for quality and we guarantee our chains for 30 days from receipt for rare, manufacture defects. If you have a chain break to no fault of your own within the first 30 days, we will exchange it for you.
